Cynthia Thompson

Our loving mother, Cynthia Thompson, died peacefully on October 18 2024 in her sleep. She was 85 years old.

Prior to being a mother, she earned her masters degree, and was a teacher in the Livonia, MI school system. As a mother, she was a stay-at-home mom, who took an active role in her children's schooling and activities. Later in life, she was an active volunteer for Opera North, and enjoyed being part of the Hanover, NH and Dartmouth University communities. She loved being a part of The Woodlands retirement community, where she lived.

Cynthia is predeceased by her husband, Douglas Thompson.

Cynthia is survived by her daughter Jennifer, her son David (spouse Heather), her granddaughters Amber and Heidi, and her close companion Dan.

A memorial service will take place on November 23, 2024, at 1:00 pm, at The Woodlands retirement community, 30 Alice Peck Day Dr, Lebanon, NH.
