Jarrett (Nik) Harter Folley Jr.passed away on May 29, 2014 surrounded by his three children. Born February 10, 1942, he was the son of Dr. Jarrett and Barbara (Smith) Folley. He graduated from Hanover High in 1959, went onto Wesleyan University and earned a law degree from Stanford University.

He spent his career at 3M where he served as corporate counsel, part of which was as General Counsel for Europe and Africa in Brussels, Belgium.

He is survived by his three children. Daughter; Jennifer (Folley) Hodges, husband John, grandchildren Elizabeth (10), Anna (9) and Emily (2). Son; Jarrett (Jay) Folley, his wife Priscilla and grandson Caetano (10 Months).Daughter; Jessica Folley and grandchildren Jackson (12) and Addie (10). Special friend Jane Graham. Sisters; Penny Folley Miller and Gillian Folley White.

He had a love of sports, nature, photography and touring the countryside. He returned home to Vermont after leaving Minnesota. Although he resided in New Hampshire in his later years he always thought of himself as a Vermonter.

There will be a memorial service held in mid-August to celebrate his life.
