Susan Anne Grahamage 64, of Claremont, New Hampshire, died in hospice care on Friday, August 17, 2012. Daughter of Daniel and Florence Graham, and sister to Carol and Danny Graham, Susan was born on March 30, 1948 in Hanover, NH.

She is survived by her son, Barry Matthews, of Brooklyn, New York, her daughter, Jody Herman, of North Port, Florida, and her sister, Carol Hoggart of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

Susan attended Hanover High, and her wandering spirit took her all over the United States. She lived in Louisiana, Colorado, Wyoming, Florida, North Carolina, New York and Vermont. Susan worked primarily as a nursing assistant, but in her lifetime she held a variety of interesting jobs.

Susan loved animals, nature, gardening, reading and crafting. She was also an accomplished calligraphist.

Following her wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral service.
